There is one vital factor that a successful entrepreneur must have and that is creativity, which helps develop new innovative ideas that will attract the consumer base within different markets. But enabling a creative mindset can be difficult for many people and for the simple fact that they are trying too hard

This is why I want to offer you a quick lesson on process thinking and how you can enable your brain in order to become more creative and innovative.

It is true that in today’s market it is very difficult to stand as a consumer base is becoming saturated from so many companies and different brands with various features and price points. This is why being creative is imperative not only to the success of your career but also to the success of your organization.

Imbalanced Thinking

In order to enhance the thinking process of your brain which will allow you to access a more creative mindset, you have to be active, do some exercise or just go for a walk for 20 minutes. In this way the blood flow within your body is increased, this means that your brain also gets more blood that allows for the thinking process to work at a higher performance.

Research Scan by Dr. Chuck Hillman from the University of Illinois

By enhancing the thinking process you are making both hemispheres of the brain active allowing you to not only come up with more ideas but more fruitful ideas.

This is the reason why so many doctors recommend you to stay active, it is not only about keeping yourself in shape but also about keeping your mind active. It has also been found out that a creative person is more inclined to come up with ideas when they try to keep their mind idle whilst occupied with other activities.

Try to think of it as warming up your mind before having an intense thinking session. For example, when utilizing something that has an engine, you will find out that this certain engine will perform better when left 5 to 10 minutes to warm up rather than just starting up the engine and crank it to high RPM. The same principle applies to our brain.

Concentrated focus

It isn't easy to focus on something that can be vital in the predicament you find yourself. It has actually been proven that when we try to think very hard on something we are more likely to lose focus by getting distracted from your surroundings, especially today with so many electronic devices surrounding us.

This is why you need to take a few steps back to revise everything that has gone through your mind in order
